This privacy policy explains how the “Higashiyamato Walk” app (hereinafter “this app”) handles user privacy.

This app collects and uses the following information:

• Camera and Photo Library Access
  • Purpose: To record and display photos of visited locations
  • Content: Only photos selected or taken by the user (locally stored)
  • Storage: Saved only on the user's device. No external transmission
• Location Information
  • Purpose: To display manhole locations near the current location
  • Content: Only real-time location data is used. Not stored
• Upload History and Device Information
  • Content: Upload history stored in AsyncStorage, OS type and version (used for statistics)
  • Purpose: To provide the stamp feature and improve the app

2. Data Storage and Management

All collected data is stored locally on the user’s device. No data is transmitted to external servers.

There is no cloud backup or log collection.

Note: Due to app updates or changes in OS specifications, saved stamp photos may be lost.

We recommend backing up important photos using the device's photo app.

3. Third-Party Sharing and External Services

This app operates locally and does not share collected information with third parties.

The app may include external links (e.g., city websites), but please refer to each external site’s privacy policy.
